董焕声，男，1981年7月，博士后/博士，教授，山东省青年创新团队带头人，日照市高层次创新创业人才。

科学研究：

在本领域国际刊物上发表SCI收录论文13篇，获国内发明专利1项，国际发明专利2项，参入编写著作1部，教材3部。曾参与完成3个美国重大课题的科研工作，2个国家自然基金及国家重大转基因专项。现主持和参入山东省自然基金、青岛市自然基金及横向课题等项目5项。2015年获日照市高层次创新创业人才称号。2019年11月，获全国动物科学专业技能大赛优秀教师、团体一等奖； 2019年12月，评选为山东省科技特派员。2020年5月，参与编写国家种业“十四五”发展规划，收到农业农村部感谢信；2021年2月，获2020中国马业科技促进奖。2021年9月，获山东省研究生优秀成果奖指导教师。2022年1月，获中国产学研合作创新奖。
